A Big Welcome to Kirk and Michelle Ritchey as they move to the Pittsburgh area.  Kirk is the new Collegiate Ministries Coordinator, replacing Jerome Stockard, who is leaving us after 10 years of service, and is starting a new ministry in Shreveport, LA.  We look forward to working with Kirk and Michelle as they take on this important ministry, leading the work on our many university and college campuses.

Disaster Relief  Training

Training was a great success!  Over 21 people attended the training at Cranberry Baptist Church on May 29th and 30th.  A big thank you goes out to Craig and Karlene and their assistants for putting on the training, and to Dan Chaffin and Cranberry Baptist Church for hosting the training.
Dan is heading up a group that is starting the process of creating a response team for our area, and potentially setting up a vehicle equiped for some of the Disaster Relief activities  such as the mud out and Chain Saw work.  Stay tuned for more details as they develop.

There are additional opportunities for training in other areas of Pennsylvania this year.
